DrowZe — Content Rights & Licensing

1. Application and software

The DrowZe application — its source code, compiled binaries, user interface design, navigation structure, animations, the recovery-engine logic, and all software components — is the proprietary intellectual property of Trevix Labs. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. AI-generated content

DrowZe Pro's optional AI features (AI sleep plans and schedule scan) use OpenAI models to select between sleep-plan options generated by DrowZe's own recovery engine, and to read shift times from a photo or file you provide. The plan and extracted shifts returned to you are provided for your personal use within the App under the same licence as the rest of the App's content, described in Section 1.

3. App icon and brand assets

The DrowZe name, the DrowZe arc logo (the coral circular arc with green centre and marker dot), and associated brand colours are trademarks of Trevix Labs. You may not use the DrowZe name or logo in any context without prior written permission, including:

• Third-party app integrations or marketing materials that imply endorsement
• Competing products or services
• Modified versions that could create confusion about the source of the content

4. Typography and fonts

The DrowZe app uses the following typefaces:

• Expo system fonts — licensed under the respective platform's SDK terms (Apple San Francisco for iOS)
• Web/marketing site uses Playfair Display and DM Mono, both licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL), a free, perpetual licence that permits use, study, modification, and redistribution

5. Open source components

DrowZe is built using open-source software. We gratefully acknowledge the open-source community. Key dependencies include:

6. Your data — your rights

You retain full ownership of all data you create in DrowZe, which is stored locally on your device:

• Your shift templates and scheduled shifts
• Your sleep session logs and quality ratings
• Any notes you attach to sessions or shifts

Where you choose to use an optional AI feature, you grant Trevix Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to transmit the relevant data to our AI provider solely to generate the response you requested. We do not use your personal data to train machine learning models. We do not sell or licence your personal data to third parties.

Because your data lives on your device, wiping it from Profile → Data → Reset all data removes it immediately and completely on that device. See our Privacy Policy for the limited, anonymous records that may remain on our servers and how to request their deletion.

7. Reporting intellectual property concerns

If you believe any content in DrowZe infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at:

Subject line: "IP Concern — [brief description]"

Include:

• Your contact information
• A description of the allegedly infringing content and its location in the app
• A description of the work you claim is being infringed
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We will investigate all legitimate claims and respond within 14 business days.
